Mehta Ma’am Teaches is an inspiring story of Mrs. Kavita Mehta, a retired and loved teacher from one of the top 3 schools in Delhi, St. Marks Sr. Sec. Public School. She approached us during the pandemic after retiring from her position of senior English teacher at St. Marks as she did not want to stop and sit idle at home.
Our team at SastiWebsite, admired her passion and dedication to work and designed and developed an easy-to-use and interactive website for her. We also assisted her with social media marketing and lead generation. This website helped her in reaching out to multiple students and gaining a ton of appreciation.
Deliverables
Website Development – Developing a simple and sober website which is easy to use and attractive was the first phase in our project with Mrs. Kavita Mehta. We wanted to deliver an accessible website which helps her in lead generation and connecting with students.
Payment Gateway Integration – In order to relate and adapt to updated technology, we also helped her in integrating a payment gateway to her website. This will help the students in making payment and it also gave an EMI option which helped in conversion.
Social Media Marketing – Once we developed the website, the next step was to help her with social media marketing as majority of the students are highly active on social media and it is the best platform to generate and convert leads.
Objective
Marketing & Branding – One of the main objectives of this project was to help Mrs. Kavita with establishing her teaching business online and for that, we assisted her with marketing and branding of the website online.
Lead Generation – Generating leads is as essential to a business as is oil to an engine. This was a major objective and in order to fulfil it, we had to design a website which is student- centric and easy accessible.

Challenges
Establishing Trust Towards Digital Payment Gateway – Not everyone is tech-savvy, and same was the case with Mrs. Kavita. This created a challenge for us as she was not sure about choosing the digital payment gateway option for her business, she had a fear of frauds and online scams. We cleared all of her doubts and educated her about the safety of this channel.
Strategies
Designing & Development Strategy – We developed an action plan for developing and designing the website for Mrs. Kavita. Our main motive was to deliver a website which showcases her true self as a teacher and mentor and attract aspiring students.
Sales Strategy – We also curated a smart sales strategy for her online teaching business, which included all the marketing plans for social media, lead generations plans and revenue generation strategies.
Results
High Conversion Rate – We delivered a one pager website which is simple and sober at just a nominal cost of 7500 rupees. This not only gave Mrs. Kavita an opportunity to work on her passion but also proved to be a great platform for students, who were looking for dedicated mentor. The website has some great student testimonials, and one of them is from a famous actor, Karan Wahi, praising the efforts and new venture of Mrs. Kavita Mehta.
New Leads – The amount of appreciation and positive feedback the website received was phenomenal. By adding a payment gateways and that too with EMI options helped a lot in generating new leads and bringing clients. This user-friendly website not only generated leads for Mrs. Kavita but for SastiWebsite too.
